If you're looking for a nice way to display a set of images on your iPad, it's time to try
Pic Collage!
Using Pic Collage, you can arrange your photos into frames, or create a freeform collage. Add cutouts, filters, borders, stickers and text!
Pic Collage is a free app, included on all WRDSB deployed iPads. Students will easily discover the features of the app on their own; it is useful in all grades.
Collages can be created from images from a variety of sources - the camera, Photos, the web and Dropbox.

Try creating a Pic Collage for:
  • introductions to your table group
  • characters from a novel
  • animals that live in a certain habitat
  • objects that share an attribute - round, begin with 'm', heavy, ancient ...
  • characteristics of solids, liquids and gases
  • faces that show certain emotions
  • famous people, sites, landmarks ...
  • historical figures
  • ask your students for ideas!

Your finished collages can be saved to Photos by taking a screen shot (hold down Home button and Reset button together - on release a screen shot is captured), or by selecting one of the options when you choose 'Export'
